You can return the products you have purchased through Asakinu within 14 days from the date of delivery.

For returns and exchanges, the product must be: Unused, – In its original packaging, With labels not removed, In resalable condition. In return and exchange transactions, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer, except for defective products.
Return and exchange procedures may differ for international orders.
